Through the State of Youth Conference, we aim to empower youth, ages 13-24 years, by teaching you how to become civically engaged in advocacy and how to create action against the most pressing issues you feel our impacting your community today.  Through our unique, each-one-teach-one platform, founded by Music Changing Lives, we will focus our attention, voice, and vision to create solutions. The ultimate goal is to create real change and impact, driven by youth, across the Inland Empire, then expand throughout Southern and Northern California with partnerships with The California Endowment and others.
